How do you behave as a leader? Do you know what your preferred management style is and how it contributes to your success?
I’m pleased to announce that it’s time for the 2nd Nonprofit Sector Leadership survey!
This year The Concord Leadership Group is partnering Bloomerang, Boardable, and DonorSearch to engage Adrian Sargeant and the Hartsook Centre for Sustainable Philanthropy.
We’ve created an entirely new survey. And we urgently need your help.
Seismic Shift in Nonprofit Leadership
There’s a seismic shift happening in nonprofit leadership. Record numbers of Baby Boomers are reaching retirement age precisely at the time when Millenials are now the majority of the work force.
So this year, we want to study the relationship between the leadership styles favored by leaders in our sector. And the extent to which each style may be related to a number of desirable outcomes, such as a thriving culture of philanthropy.
If you’re in a leadership role in a nonprofit (CEO/Executive Director, COO, CFO, Director of Development, Team Leader, etc) would you give 14 minutes to complete the survey? (Yes, we’ve timed it.)
Not only will you be contributing to the sector, you’ll be helping yourself. As a thank you for participating, you’ll receive a personal copy of the results immediately they become available. Those results can inform your own leadership style.
14 Minutes to More Effective Leadership
Your response matters. Literally every response will improve the accuracy and impact of the results. And we can’t wait to find out how certain leadership styles relate to specific outcomes at your nonprofit!
