If you are in Fargo area yesterday, you might have heard our CEO Marc A. Pitman on KFGO’s The Drive.

He got to talk with host Dan Michaels about why everyone else is getting on our nerves.

Using Karen Horney’s simplified model of three instinctual stances, Marc shared why recognizing your own knee-jerk patterns can help give you an understanding of how others might be acting out of a different stance. He and Dan also talked about ways to reduce the stress in traffic, at the store, or even when the person triggering you is right in the next room!
