Why I believe every leader needs this (but won’t admit it)

I recently was talking with a CEO who said something that stuck with me:
“Marc, I spend my days solving everyone else’s problems, but who do I talk to about mine?”
Sound familiar?
Leadership is lonely. You’re expected to have all the answers, make the tough calls, and keep everyone motivated – while rarely having someone to process your own challenges with.
That’s exactly why I’m passionate about leadership coaching. Not because leaders are broken (they’re not), but because even the best leaders need what coaching provides: clarity, perspective, and a safe space to think out loud.
