This program grew directly out of Marc’s book, The Surprising Gift of Doubt. From that work, we developed a ten-week leadership coaching certification for people who carry the mantle of leadership in their lives—formally or informally, by title or by influence.

That’s why we offer Quadrant 3 Leadership Coach Certification as a ten-week experience. We intentionally create a space of support, reflection, and shared learning because, let’s be honest—leadership brings daily challenges, and no one is meant to navigate them alone.

P.S. When we created this course, we submitted it for review by the International Coaching Federation. They liked it so much that Q3LC is approved to award 36 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits for those pursuing or maintaining a coaching credential
