Do you have a goal setting routine?
Back in 2003, I pulled together what I’d learned from about 20 years of learning goalsetting and created a system I call “Magnet Goals.”
In short, it’s three steps:
- Create your List of 100
- Write the History of the Future
- Map out your Magnet Goals
This past week, Emily Pitman and I shared this system with the students in our International Coaching Federation accredited leadership coaching certification program.
This week’s home work is to create our List of 100.
Working on mine today, I stumbled across some from previous years. Like this list from 2005.
It’s amazing how many things haven’t changed. But who somethings have.
