Have you ever invited some of your favorite people to a party? And been surprised when they actually said yes?!
That’s what happened a year ago today. I didn’t want to shout “buy my book” on the release day for The Surprising Gift of Doubt. So my wife suggested I do what Nadia Bolz-Weber did on Election Day: talk to her favorite people on the hour, every hour.
I loved that idea! And, to my complete joy, Nadia was the first to say yes!
That one day became a two-day celebration as I talked with some of my favorite authors, leaders, and friends.
We did two full days of conversations on leadership, doubt, imposter syndrome, creativity, and finding your own path.
