Turn Your Best People Into Leaders

An accredited program of the International Coaching Federation

You hired good people. They’re capable. They just keep waiting for you to tell them what to do.

You didn’t hire them to need you. You hired them to lead.

The problem isn’t your people. It’s that no one ever gave them a framework for leading independently — tools for making decisions without running everything past you first, confidence to solve problems before they become yours, the ability to develop others instead of waiting to be developed.

The Quadrant 3 Leadership Coach Certification gives them that framework. In 10 weeks.

Here’s how one COO described it when she considered bringing the program to her organization:

“When I was COO for a national organization, I wanted something that would help me fortify the folks around our CEO. These were really great operators who didn’t understand how to navigate strategy and operationalize it. Q3LC training would solve that.”

What Changes for Your Team

When your people go through the Q3LC, they come back different. Not because they learned a theory — because they practiced a system on real challenges in real time. Here’s what that looks like:

  • They bring you solutions, not just problems
  • They make decisions aligned with your vision — without needing you in the room
  • They develop the people around them instead of waiting to be developed
  • They lead through challenges instead of escalating them
  • They build the leadership habits that compound over time

What does this mean for you? You get your time back.

“Every week I wondered ‘Were you in my office the past week?‘ The lessons were immediately applicable to what I was doing with my team. The course actually helped me be more productive and move things through a process more quickly.”

The Impact on Your Organization

“Taking the organization to the next level without feeling overwhelmed—learning how to get more out of your employees, more responsibility, and how to retain employees… The approach of coaching people versus being their boss transforms how your whole team operates.”

Mimi Wilhelm

The Gan

Your investment in one leader doesn’t stay with one leader. The Q3LC is designed to be multiplied — the tools your people learn, they use with their own teams. The culture shifts. The capacity grows. And you stop being the ceiling.

What They’ll Receive

Each person who completes the Q3LC leaves with:
  • An official Quadrant 3 Leadership Coach Certification they can list on their LinkedIn profile
  • Professional license to use the Q3LC framework with their own team
  • Workbooks for each session
  • Their own copy of both The Surprising Gift of Doubt and Coaching for Performance
  • 3 months of follow-up coaching with the Q3LC community
  • 36 International Coaching Federation CCE hours

“After completing the program, I felt much more confident in my approach. It’s not just about technical skills—it’s about understanding how people approach problems and challenges in their lives, and helping them implement solutions in a way that actually makes sense to them.”

Is this an accredited intensive?
es. The Q3LC is proudly accredited by the International Coach Federation. ICF-accredited education has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies, and Code of Ethics. Should your team members want to pursue further ICF credentialing, they’ll be able to apply this certification to that process.
How much time will the course take?

This certification is accredited for 36 ICF continuing education credits, so it does require class time and work outside of sessions. In addition to ten 90-minute live sessions, participants will be reading both The Surprising Gift of Doubt and Coaching for Performance (both sent upon acceptance). The rest of the program is designed to be done in the context of their existing work — which means they’re applying what they learn in real time.

Where is the class?
We meet on Zoom. No travel required, and no time zone barrier — graduates have joined us from three continents.
What happens if they miss a class?
This program is designed for busy leaders. While attendance is expected, every session is recorded and available if they need to catch up.
Can this be done in less than 10 weeks?
Yes. The standard format is 10 weeks, but a 5-week accelerated version is available on request. Email Marc if you’re interested in that format: [email protected].
Can I get a scholarship for my team?
Yes. A limited number of partial scholarships are available to help ensure a diverse cohort. If you’re interested in your team being considered, answer the scholarship question on the application.
