Marc A. Pitman, CFCC, CSP
The Quadrant 3 Leadership Coach Certification program is designed and taught by Marc A. Pitman, CFCC, CSP. A Certified FranklinCovey Coach since 2003, Marc holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership. He’s also the author of eight books including The Surprising Gift of Doubt.
Marc is a member of the International Coach Federation, the International Enneagram Association, and the National Speakers Association. He currently serving as past-president of the board of the International Coaching Federation’s South Carolina state chapter.
He is committed to ongoing education and leadership development research. And he’s an experienced practitioner. More importantly, he’s actually used the tools in this program to create and grow a globally recognized coaching practice. And he’s excited to show you how you can grow your own practice!

Emily J. Pitman, CPCC, ACC
A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, Emily brings 30 years of leadership experience in business, civic, and faith-based organizations to her life and leadership coaching practice at ejpitman.com.
Known for her strategic thinking, clear communication, and intuitive approach, Emily works with individuals on paths of self-discovery, through seasons of feeling stuck, and during times of transition. She draws on a unique toolkit of compassion, humor, and—yes—a pair of knitting needles to spark momentum and meaningful growth.
An “outgoing introvert” brimming with creativity, Emily is fueled by deep wells of hope and love, traits she weaves into every client interaction.
